回答示例

I have worked as a care worker for four years, most recently in a residential home for older adults. I am calm with people who are anxious, and I am confident with personal care, medication support, and keeping clear records. I am applying here because your home focuses on dignity and small teams, which is how I like to work.

为什么这样有效: 注意这个结构：现在、然后是证据、然后是为什么选这里——最后以一个想要这份工作的明确理由收尾。

• Reluctance to self-promote
  避免: I am just an ordinary employee, nothing special.
  改说: I consistently exceeded my targets and received two promotions.

• Word-for-word translation of idioms

  改说: I want to encourage you. / You can do it!
