Send your class the free English Interview Readiness Score

Make a free class link in one step. Your learners practise a job interview in English and get their own feedback. You see a simple class summary without names. You do not need an account.

For ESL teachers, language schools, colleges, university careers services, job centres, immigrant and refugee charities, and career coaches.

What learners get

  • A free readiness score after a short practice job interview.
  • They can answer by voice or by typing, on a phone or a computer.
  • Written feedback on clarity, structure and examples, and on what a recruiter may notice.
  • Lower-level learners can build an answer step by step before a full interview.
  • First-language tips where available.

What you see

  • How many learners finished the score through your link, counted in groups of 5.
  • About how many are in each score group: Building, Developing, Getting Ready, Interview Ready and Strong.

The summary stays hidden until at least 5 learners have finished. After that, new results appear only when another 5 learners have finished. A score group with fewer than 3 learners shows as "fewer than 3". This makes it harder to guess one person's result, but it cannot make it impossible.

What you never see

  • Names or email addresses.
  • Answers, recordings or feedback.
  • The score number of any learner.

Each phone or computer counts once, even if a learner takes the score again.

This is practice. It helps learners prepare, but it cannot promise a job or an interview for anyone.

What this site cannot tell you

These pages describe what interviewers commonly look for. They cannot tell you what a specific interviewer decided, and nothing here guarantees an interview, an offer or a visa. Practising is preparation — it shows you what to fix next.
