Send candidates a free interview practice link
Candidates who speak English as a second language can practise before they speak to you. Make a link in one step and add it to your interview invite. It is free and you do not need an account.
For recruiters, staffing agencies, employers, job boards, colleges, job centres and charities.
What candidates get
- A free practice interview for the role and country you choose, by voice or by typing, on a phone or a computer.
- The questions you often ask, ready to practise one by one.
- Written feedback on clarity, structure and examples, and on what a recruiter may notice.
- Lower-level speakers can build an answer step by step before a full interview.
What you never see
- You do not see a candidate's answers, recordings, feedback or score.
- You do not see who opened the link or who practised.
- There is no ranking, grading or screening of candidates.
- We do not send you any data about candidates.
Practice is optional for the candidate. You cannot see who practised, so it cannot be part of your hiring decision. Please tell candidates this. The message template below already does.
Make your link
Everything you type is in the link itself, as plain text. We do not store it. Anyone who has the link can read it, so do not add private information.
Put free practice on your website
Put free interview practice on your own website. The widget and the link open the free readiness score in a new tab. They work on job boards, school and charity sites, WordPress, Webflow and plain HTML.
You do not see who clicks or what they practise. Only the type of website you choose and a short code made from your organisation name travel with the link, so we can count visits from partner websites in total.
This is practice. It can help candidates prepare and feel calmer, but it cannot promise a job, an interview or an offer for anyone.
