Example from a customer service advisor interview
You should hire me because I stay calm, listen well, and solve problems at first contact. I have three years of experience and a strong record on difficult calls. I am dependable and I work well with the team, which keeps service steady.
Why the stronger answer works better
Why the first one is weaker: Repeating your whole CV. Pick the two points that match this role.
Use the stronger one as a pattern, not a script. Change every detail to your own true story.
A2-friendly version
Simple English is fine. Start with one of these sentences and finish it with your own words:
